I have never had any issues with Anets customer service. Each time I have taken a break from GW1 and forgot my log in info I have had to contact them and each time I have been treated very respectfully and the rep was very knowledgeable. I just wish I could figure out their forums lol. Either no one has posted anything or I am not able to find the right area.

And I recall seeing beta forums before but am not accessing posts there either - so I think the beta forum threads will "appear" when beta goes live. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

New BWE2 gw2.dat FRESHLY downloaded and complete = 14,596,413,912 bytes !!!
