    Doh!

    They made one of my favorite level initial skills (Arcane Blast) for the Elementalist cost 6 skill points now instead of 1. Which I'm also assuming means the moved it from 1st tier to 3rd tier in the skill tree.

    Yea, I noticed one of the mesmer skills I had moved up a tier; interesting enough it was still usable, even though I didn't meet the criteria yet for unlocking skills of that next tier.
