Watching it, and about 6 minutes in he shows the area that GW2 play takes place in (that we know of) - such a tiny segment of the map! I played the original GW campaigns a bit, so seeing those areas (also quite a small segment of the entire world) was neat. The lore references are pretty cool as well.

Wow, I agree Oskiee, very awesome and it really draws me in to the world. I think it's just the potential it opens up - I want a game that will have lots of new content and areas for many years to come - looks like I won't be disappointed

Had not checked, but yes, good eyes, marker movement seems disabled now.

I've been seeking maps to help me sort out some pet locations, and have a few comments from that experience-

Guild Wars 2 interactive Map - Guild Wars 2 cartographers - listed above, has errors and does not scale well. As you zoom in, markers move and do not scale appropriately
Markers/Waypoints not labeled.

A GuildWars 2 DB Map using Google Maps API. VERY intensive, VERY slow loading. Not optimized, and Legend/Controls are bugged. Huge. Some areas labeled.
