I'd just like to make this clear so we can avoid any future issues. The difference between Group 1 & Group 2 is NOT based on victories or defeats, it is solely based on varying time zones. As a casual guild I think it should be made clear that raiding is a time to get to know fellow guildies while tackling cool boss fights and experiencing new things. Loot and accomplishments should be an afterthought. Each raid should be considered a success based upon the fact that a group of 8 men/women go into an instance with the purpose of killing bosses together. Constant reminders of a group's superiority over another are not needed. I'll be the first one to give credit where credit is due, but let's not get carried away.

I'd love to go on Prayer. Sorc DPS but can respec heals. I know you don't like having people respec, but I actually really enjoy healing too so whichever is totally fine, it's not like asking me to go out of my comfort zone if you need a healer. I can do whichever time, also.
