Was a nice find by one of the KnG guys. You put in your race and class, select what weapon you'll be using and it shows you various skills you will eventually get..

The trait system used on the second link doesn't seem to be what they will be using in the live game (looking at a couple of screenshots from the Beta now)

Edit: Should be noted that the leaker was hit with the Banhammer REALLY quickly..
