I use the New Posts link to do that, sort of. I'll look at New Posts and then click the Mark Forums Read link when I'm done.
I would love to be able to select multiple forums and mark them as read. I know I can mark the entire board read, but sometimes I only want to remove certain threads. I think this would be a great tool for those of us who get a bit behind on their reading.
thoughts?

The Secret World - Salenitha "Saleny" Striker
Neverwinter - Saleny Starlily / Elowynn Emberstorm
Defiance - Saleny Striker
Rift - Guild Leader of Silent Strike - Saleny
So do I Saleny... However, I have 7 pages of new posts... I don't want to mark them all read, just some of them. This will help me manage which ones I still want to go back and read. It would probably only be useful if you get way behind like I did on vacation. edit... I see where there is confusion. I used forums in my original post, but I meant threads. Sorry for that.

This function can be executed by dbl clicking the icon in front of the particular section.

Can it be done when browsing new posts? If not, il just change the way I'm browsing.

So you'd like to visit the new posts section, then selectively mark which posts to mark as read if I understand correctly? If so adding this feature will cost you much much pie.
In the meantime, what I would do then, is visit the forum home page, dbl click all the sections, categories you want marked read, then select the new posts function. That would mass filter your results, rather than individually selecting through multiple pages of individual posts.

Lol... That's what I was looking for, but I forgot about the work around you mentioned. Again it's probably only useful if you get way behind. I don't want to cut into any of your game time. :P Not to mention pie is at a premium right now.

Browsing this forum is like playing an MMO itself. You can be at it for years and still find little easter eggs.![]()
