Prety close.. Last I played was last year around this time.. there were only a couple of american servers still running but there was generally still quite a few people playing. Though someone new to max character level was getting stomped by the high level people with the PvP expansion pack.

Edit: That being said though EA folded Mythic over into Bioware. Plus there's the Wrath of Heroes thing still in the works which is supposed to be released some time this year.
