What was it that made you choose us over those other guilds?

• Currently I am 26 with a full time job, a freelance videography job, an apt, a future wife, car payments, and the list could go on.
  
  I really appreciate how your Fleet is casual in that if I'm gone for a day I'm not going to be booted. I've really gotten into this game and want to meet groups to take advantage of what STO has to offer. I hope to join, make new friends, and really enjoy a great game.

• I'm really a big kid. I've grown up on video games, just like everyone around me. I went to RMU for a bachelors in TV Media Production, and would up making fun goofy videos about games, comics, and the such. I have a full time job (not in video) but I did make an LLC doing wedding videos so I wouldn't lose my passion in making video.
  
  Currently I am reading the new DC 52 and trying to read the new Green Lantern when I have time. I'm also going through the new Transformers comics made by IDW.
  
  And lastly I proposed to my gf of 4 years in a Team Rocket cosplay at an anime convention in Pittsburgh. Yes, a pokeball was involved - nuff said.

I have 3 of each career, one set on KDF and 2 sets on Fed...I love my engineer the best though.

Hello Larsh, welcome to the forums.

I noticed you marked your Vent usage as a (1) so I'll explain it a little. Ventrilo (or Vent for short) is a Voice over IP (VoIP) program that allows us to talk in real time as we play. It's extremely handy for STF's and raids. Even for casual chatting, it's extremely useful.

I see in your app you're engaged, congratulations! I got married myself last year, best choice I've ever made. That proposal style... you've got class my man!

I have just one question: When you've got someone on your nerves, they just irritate you to all ends, how do you deal with them? Avoid them? Talk it out? (I've been getting deep with my questions lately ​)

I've been a Trek fan since my childhood, I still miss the old coventions that would come to the Pittsburgh region. I've always been a fan of the Kirk era (movies more than the show).

I currently have Lt. Commander science lvl 14 if I remember correctly.

How long have you been playing STO?

What's your favorite aspect of the game?

I've been playing STO for about 2 weeks now. But I've really gotten into this game. So long I've been trying to find a good Trek game. After reading some reviews about this game I was a little worried, but I guess with the constant updates and such the game did a complete 180 from when it first came out.

I really enjoy the fleet mission like Starbase 24. I've been mashing that up daily to get free items. I also enjoy the Duty Officers section of the game. I've always gotten into games where some skill / chance came into play. Not to mention the free dilithium when you do a critical success. :D
